Join us for one of our quarterly Community Sound Bath Fundraisers and support a cause that brings movement, connection, and wellness to older adults throughout San Diego County.These special events are designed for anyone who believes in helping seniors thrive.
Every ticket purchased helps Silver Age Yoga Community Outreach continue providing **FREE senior yoga classes at more than 17 locations throughout San Diego County, as well as live online classes**, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to healthy aging.
Each of our four annual sound baths features a different local San Diego wellness leader, sound healer, or spiritual practitioner, creating a unique experience every time you attend while showcasing the incredible healing community our city has to offer.
During a sound bath, you'll simply relax in a comfortable position while being immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments.
There is no experience necessary—just come as you are and allow yourself to receive.Many participants report experiencing:

• A calmer, more balanced nervous system
• Greater mental clarity and emotional well-being
