Step into a softly lit space where gravity lets go.
This 90-minute journey begins with 60 minutes of slow, beginner-friendly aerial yoga in low-hanging silks. You’ll move gently, finding support in the fabric as you stretch, unwind, and reconnect with your body. No experience needed, just a willingness to let go.
You'll then settle into a floating shavasana, cocooned in the silks for 30 minutes of immersive sound meditation. Let waves of sound from crystal and Nepalese singing bowls, the hang drum, rain sticks, and other elemental instruments wash over you—tuning your body and breath into deep stillness.
