Silks Flow and Theory with Robbie Hébert

This is a mixed-level silks class intended for intermediate and advanced students. We will be exploring different sequences and pathways on silks with a strong focus on the theory behind the wraps. Students will explore route positions and how to connect them to other shapes and work towards making their own choreography. The class will move through multiple sequences to help students develop their own understanding of silks theory and wraps.

Prerequisites: Students must have a confident inversion in the air and should have a decent understanding of basic positions such as catchers, hip lock, foot lock, etc.
