Silk Road Journeys: The Persian Garden

Inspired by the historic gardens of Persia — spaces created for gathering, reflection and hospitality — this immersive evening combines food, creativity and ritual in a celebration of culture through the senses.

What to Expect

• Persian Spice Blending Workshop – Explore the flavours and aromas found across Persian cooking and create your own Persian-inspired spice blend to take home. Discover how herbs and warming spices are used to create balance, fragrance and depth in traditional dishes.
• Pressed Flower Candle Workshop – Inspired by the colours and botanicals of Persian gardens, decorate your own candle using pressed flowers and delicate floral compositions to create a beautiful keepsake.
• Persian Food Experience – Enjoy a selection of small sharing dishes served throughout the evening, celebrating the fresh herbs, warming spices and generous hospitality at the heart of Persian cuisine.
• Music & Atmosphere – Be immersed in the sounds and ambience of Persia through carefully curated music and a setting inspired by traditional gardens and gatherings.
