Silks Level oneSunday February 16th

This course is designed for experienced aerialists to gain confidence and strength in the fundamentals of aerial silks. This class will includes dynamic warm-ups, stretching, and conditioning exercises designed to target specific strength and mobility for aerial arts.
Prerequisites:
Basic climb & controlled descent
Foot-locks (from ground or in air) single and double
Must meet prerequisites, and have instructor approval to sign up for this class!
