Silk Dyeing/Painting ~ Yes, you can paint a design on silk.You have time do up to 2 scarves PLUS one small for donation to the Angel Tree for Seniors - Lanark County
100 Silk Scarf
9" x 54" - $50
9" x 54" - $30 if you wish to donate to the Seniors Angel Tree
15"x 72" - $90
Must be paid in advance via etransfer to [email protected] of make arrangements to pay cash.
Limited spaces available.
Noon and 1:30PM start times with a limit of 10 people per start time (total of 20 participants).
When you reserve, I will inform you of your start time.
I will have some designs you can use or you can bring your own, or consult with me ahead of time, a simple, not detailed pencil drawing/outline on printer paper is all you need.
Silk must be steam set, I need to take them home and allow for a 3-5 day turn around time to have the scarves ready for pick up or by mail - please bring a self addressed 9x12 envelope with $3 for postage.
Pick up will be at the same location on either a Tuesday or Thursday evening.
155 Industrial Avenue is the Carleton Place Collective for Mental Health, Wellness and the Arts. Come in through the brightly painted Arts Space door.
