Registration:

Registration closes August 14th (to ensure final participant list is included in the printed program)

• Early Bird Registration: Secure your spot at $95 until June 30, 2025, and take advantage of the discounted access to all the Summit has to offer.
• Regular Registration: From July 1, 2025, to August 21, 2025, or until tickets sell out, priced at $120.
• Community Partner Registration: Available at a reduced rate of $55, this option is designed to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all members of our community, extending to local groups, community-based organizations, and non-profit staff.
• Group Discount Ticket: Gather your colleagues or friends and take advantage of our group discount! Tickets are available for groups of 5 or more at $85 per person, offering even greater savings for your team.

Getting there:

2.2 miles (14-min bike ride) from the South San Francisco Caltrain Station and 0.8 miles (3-min bike ride) from South San Francisco BART station. There will be a bike pool starting from the SSF Caltrain station to the venue.

• Use the following Ride With GPS route to navigate to the venue from the SSF Caltrain Station. It’s a 2 mile ride with 50% street and 50% bike path.

• If you would like to join our Caltrain Bike Pool, meet at the southeast corner of the intersection at Airport Blvd and Grand Ave (37.654322, -122.407457) at 8:45 AM for a group ride to the venue. For your trip planning reference, here are a few Caltrains that are arriving at the SSF station before the Bike Pool start time:
• NB 8:30 (Train 111) and 8:39 (Train 409)
• SB 8:32 (Train 510) and 8:40 (Train 114)
