Silents Under the Stars

This summer, we will be celebrating the 38th edition of “Silents Under the Stars,” taking place at the King Gillette Ranch. Both films featured this year will commemorate their 100th anniversaries.

On this evening, we are featuring:

CLASH OF THE WOLVES (1925)

Starring Rin Tin Tin, Nanette, Charles Farrell and June Marlow. Directed by Noel M. Smith.

Lobo, a half-breed leader of a wolf pack finds himself saved by a sympathetic human, though the rest of the town wants his kind exterminated. The original Rinty surprises with his acting skills and does his own stunts! A true hero for dog-lovers.

Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Bringing your own chair is highly advisable.

The event will take place outdoors in the Visitor Center courtyard. Enjoy free parking, and feel free to bring a picnic and a flashlight.

Guided walking tours of the ranch grounds will start at 6:30 PM. Please gather by the flagpole in front of the Visitor Center.

Directions:

From the 101 Freeway: Exit Las Virgenes/Malibu Canyon. Head south on Las Virgenes Road for 3.0 miles and then left onto Mulholland Highway. Park entrance is 0.1 mile on the right.
