Welcome to Secret Sunrise Yoga Edition - silent yoga at Fitchella - The Fitness Party presented by Secret Sunrise Cape Town. An opportunity to connect with your body and self, and have an incredible yoga experience with a Secret Sunrise twist. In this session, we will be guiding you through hatha yoga with a Vinyasa flow, breathwork, free movement and meditation. Expect to move, expect to connect with yourself and others, and expect to embrace your body in a Secret Sunrise Yoga experience to music.
The Yoga Edition is for all levels, and we will be guiding you through and supporting each other to this amazing offering. If you are injured then perhaps this session is not for you. Yoga mats are essential. Expect to feel challenged and alive after the experience. We look forward to this journey with you.
