Arriving before 6:40 AM helps us all settle in softly. If you arrive later, we invite you to join us next time.
A quiet nod or smile is a warm welcome; otherwise, we simply share the stillness.
The gathering lasts about 40 minutes — from 7:20 to 8:00 AM — and we part quietly.
