Dive into the depths of your emotions with Sonic Breathwork. This session is designed to facilitate a profound emotional release, guiding participants through breathing patterns that unlock and release stored emotions.

This session may provide a transcendental experience, allowing the participant to explore their consciousness and Being beyond the thinking mind. When practicing Sonic Neural Breathwork, participants are going DEEP into the depths of their own consciousness.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water, yoga mat and or blanket, chapstick if your lips chap easily and an eye mask - sleep masks work and so does a rolled up tshirt.

After the session I will provide a list of tools for you to use to begin an intergration process.

Paper and pen will be provided, but if you have a journal you may want to bring it.

Who should NOT Practice Sonic Breathwork

• participant that is pregnant
• have epilepsy
• a detached retina
• glaucoma
• uncontrolled high blood pressure
• cardiovascular disease and/or irregularities including but not limited to prior heart attack
• schizophrenia
• strokes
• TIAs
• seizures or other brain/neurological condition or disease
