✨ SILENT SELF RETREAT ✨
6–8 November | Hindmarsh Valley, SA
Have you been longing to get away from it all, switch off from technology, create a consistent meditation & breathwork practice, quiet the outside noise, explore your inner world more deeply and connect to yourself?
This immersive weekend retreat invites you to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with yourself through silence, guided meditation, self-meditation, conscious connected breathing and honest self-inquiry.
Whether you are a complete beginner or already have experience, each practice will be taught in a simple, practical and easy-to-understand way. You will learn techniques to focus and direct your mind, observe your thoughts and experiences with greater awareness, and begin restoring harmony throughout your mind and body.
This is more than a restful weekend—it is a journey of healing through self-observation. You will leave with powerful practices that can be integrated into your everyday life, allowing you to continue deepening your meditation & breathwork practices and inner work long after the retreat concludes.
