Silent Saturday

Time: 8:30am - 8:30pm a full day of rest

Location: 2757 Fairmount Blvd, Cleveland Heights, OH

Cost: $45 - $75 sliding scale, scholarships available

Our bodies need deep rest. Take a full day to ease built-up stress and fatigue.

If you're new to spending time in silence, there will be opportunities to calm your mind through supported practices, arts and crafts. This retreat will be hosted mostly in silence (including a screen detox - no phones!) with many nourishing spiritual offerings: journaling, yin and restorative yoga, a sound bath, silent and guided meditation.

You are invited to disconnect to reconnect with the self and the Spirit.

Silent Saturday is hosted by Fairmount Presbyterian Church PC(USA), but participants from all walks and traditions in faith are openly welcome. Fairmount has curated this retreat to be open to the wider community, so participants will find the space to be safe, welcoming, and accessible to those who practice another faith, those who are deconstructing, multi-faith-practicing, spiritual-but-non-religious, seeking, etc. So, consider inviting a tired friend to join you.
