Silent Reset: 24 hour NYE Retreat

This 24-hour silent retreat is the perfect opportunity to reset through yoga, meditation, journaling, digital dis-connection, breathwork, walking meditation, goal setting, dance, ceremony, and self-care rituals. Treat yourself to intentional time to slow down, go within, and enter the new year with a clear mind and open heart.

Cost:

Suggested donation of $250 for food, drinks, space rental, energy.

$100 deposit is required to secure your spot. Please pay the rest of your donation at the event.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your spot for the retreat at least 3 days in advance and we will return your $100 deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of the retreat, you will not get your deposit back.

What is included:

Infrared Sauna,Vegan dinner and breakfast, meditation props, yoga mats (if needed), gymnastics pads for sleeping, towels, journal prompts, guidance

Please bring:

1. We provide gymnastics mats for sleeping, feel free to bring a sleeping pad or air mattress if needed. Bring your own sleeping bag, pillows, and blankets, or anything else needed for comfortable sleep.
2. Comfortable clothes for yoga and sleeping, and bring warm clothes, jackets, hats, gloves, and proper shoes for outdoor walking.
3. Pen and journal/paper, books, colored pencils
4. Toiletries (soap, hygiene items, shampoo, etc.). There are 2 showers with shampoo and conditioner at the Studio.
5. Optional: Creative objects (art materials), Healing objects (crystals, tarot)
6. Optional: Comforting items (favorite blankets, essential oils, stuffed animals).
