Rise&Run Lewes have paired with SHY Studio for the first ever (silent)Rave&Run Lewes.

On Friday 4th September, SHY Studio will hold special runners treatments throughout the day - booking in advance required - see poster for more details.

The (silent)Rave&Run event starts at SHY Studio, 6pm for pre-run drink and treats.

Headphones are a must, as we press play in sync to the rave playlist - carefully curated by the Rise&Run Lewes members.

At 6.30pm sharp, headphones on, playlist ready; we'll run around Lewes' scenic beauty as the sun begins to set. No head torches needed - glowsticks will be provided to light the way!

We'll finish the gentle paced run at Abyss Brewery to catch our breath over a thirst quenching drink and an optional chit chat! Home-brewed alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available.
