Join Kim Bostwick and Esther Lutes on Sunday, December 14th from 2:15-3:45PM for their very first Silent Night, Sacred Light Workshop at Yoga Squared!This offering is a yoga journey into the flow of silence.
In yoga, silence is not simply the absence of sound, it is mauna: the sacred stillness that awakens clarity and truth.
We often practice silence with stillness, yet what unfolds when we invite mauna into movement? When breath and body flow together without words, without noise, only presence and awareness.
This practice will invite you to soften the outer noise and enter the internal sanctuary of being. Through gentle vinyasa, yin, and restorative postures, we will explore silence as a living, flowing awareness.
Throughout this self-paced practice, Kim and Esther will offer Reiki to further illuminate the introspective path. This will be an intentional practice of pratyhara, where we will invite silence to flow, awareness to awaken, and our inner lights to softly shine.
