Silent Night Meditation
January 2nd | 6:30pm | Britney Tegtmeier
As the year begins and the pace of the season asks so much of us, we invite you into an evening of quiet.
Silent Night is an opportunity to step away from the noise and into the presence of stillness. Together, we’ll begin with gentle breathwork to settle the nervous system, followed by a meditation. From there, we will enter shared silence, resting together in community, allowing space for whatever needs to be felt, released, remembered, or simply witnessed.
Silence has a way of revealing what has been waiting beneath the surface. It can offer comfort, clarity, gratitude, and the gentle reminder that we are never truly alone.
We will close our evening with time for reflection and journaling, honoring both the places that are still asking for healing and the many gifts this year has offered.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal.
This gathering is offered as a gift to our community. Attendance is free, with optional donations welcomed. All donations will be gifted to a local Tomball nonprofit, allowing the practice of receiving to become an act of giving.
