Silent Disco Run & Rave + Sober Festival 🎧 FREQUENSEA FEST
A sober Friday night out, unlike any other in SWFL 🎧🌊
We start by chasing a DJ on a Cybertruck through the streets in silent disco headphones. Then we arrive together at FREQUENSEA FEST, a conscious festival of movement, wellness and community.
No alcohol. Just music, real connection and your people. Friendly for all ages and fitness levels 💛
✦ HOW THE NIGHT FLOWS
4:00 PM · CHECK-IN & HEADPHONES
Bonita Springs meeting point, shared with ticket holders. The run starts at 4:30 sharp.
Photo ID is your headphone deposit. Under 18? A parent's ID covers it.
4:30 PM · CYBERTRUCK RUN & RAVE
Follow the DJ on the Cybertruck with two silent disco channels, walk or run. All ages and fitness levels welcome. Go at your own pace.
5:30 PM · FREQUENSEA FEST at THE SHOP
• Guided meditation and THE FIELD Signature Flow (breath, sound, movement)
• A sunset gratitude moment
• Female DJs and free-flow dancing
• Vendor village: mini massages, IV drips, food trucks, mocktails and more
• Closing sound bath and circle
10:00 PM · CLOSE
