Oh yes, Silent Events is proud to announce another evening of arts and enjoyment!
The Norval Foundation is a contemporary art museum in Cape Town, housing a collection of 20th and 21st-century South African art installations with a special focus on visual art.
Here, you’ll dance, jump, and groove among the magnificent bronze sculptures within the Norval Foundation’s luscious sculpture garden!
Enjoy an afternoon of gorgeous views and good vibes, featuring works by both local and international artists, where visual and musical art will collide on the dancefloor.
A popular destination for art lovers and those interested in learning more about South African culture, The Norval Foundation is known for its innovative exhibitions and educational programs- and now it’ll be known for its legendary silent discos as well!

Add to that an incredible sculpture garden you can explore while you get down, and you have a recipe for a beautiful day for families, art lovers, couples, friends, or anybody who loves a good time.
Our special Silent Events headsets are provided for you at the event and included in the ticket price. They only work with our Unique Transmitter System, so please be sure to return them once you’ve had your fun!

With our silent disco, there’s something for everyone. Each attendee has access to three audio channels with a unique set list to get you in the mood to move.

Here, you’ll have Nick O Blasting the classics, playing all the best hits from the 80s to the 2000s. Perfect for anybody who likes to sing along while they bust a move.
𝙍𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙡: 𝙈𝙧 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜
This is for those who like to let the rhythm move them! Mr Loving brings you upbeat new-age house, disco, and techno dance music curated by some of your favourite dance deejays.
𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙡: 𝙉𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙠𝙖
You can expect smooth, groovy afro-house and deep house, with Naneka giving you those heavy downbeats to get you dropping it low and picking it right up.
𝗔 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂
Oh, you thought you’d just be dancing?
The bar will be open to all, serving your favourite champagne, wine, beers, cocktails, and even soft drinks for those who prefer a sober evening.
And thanks to our partnership with the Norval Foundation, you’ll receive discounted entry to the gallery along with your ticket.

The event will be taking place on the 8th of February 2025, with doors opening at 18:00.
That leaves you just an hour before the music starts pumping at 19:00 which you can use to take a stroll around the sculpture garden or get your fill of cheese and wine.
Don’t be shy, though, the gallery will be open from 10:00, so feel free to come early and enjoy the depths of South African art. And of course, the evening will end (and we’ll all be panting) by 21:00.
