Silent Book Club West Chester at Oscar Lasko YMCA

We’re headed back to the YMCA downtown for an August weekday meetup. We’ll likely be gathering in their gymnastics-viewing room like last time, so if you think a portable chair would be more comfortable, please bring one!

How does it work? Anyone is welcome! Bring your own book, settle in, and read with fellow book lovers. Please note that you do not have to be a member, but you MUST bring a photo ID to be admitted into the YMCA. 

If you’re working that day, I have included a v. official note to request Reading Time Off. (Personally, I’ll be following my RTO with the rest of the afternoon off, downtown. Summer Fridays, anyone?)

12:30 - 1:00: Arrive, check in (the YMCA requires a photo ID), and settle in.

1:00 - 2:00: Quiet Reading Hour.

2:00 - 2:30:  Chat with your fellow book readers, keep reading, or head out.
