Join us on the third Thursday of the month, next is Jan. 15 from 6-8 PM for the next meetup of the Tuscaloosa chapter of SILENT BOOK CLUB at Ernest & Hadley Booksellers!The first half hour is for settling in: Sign up to get our newsletters, place your current read on the book stack for the photo op, pickup and/or get your membership card punched, grab a refreshment, and find a seat --
We read in silence from 6:30 to 7:30, with a little ambient music in the background.
The last half hour is for wrapping up your chapter, socializing, etc. Hosted by Avery, feel free to email her with any questions, visit our main page for all the details, or visit the store's BlueSky page for updates! Our chapter also has our own Facebook and Instagram.
SBC is always BYOB (bring your own book, any format) where there are no assigned readings, and all are welcome!
