At Silent Book Club, there’s no assigned reading, no pressure to finish a book, and no need to make small talk if you don’t want to. Just bring whatever you’re currently reading and enjoy quiet, companionable reading time with other book lovers.
We’ll start with a few minutes to settle in and (if you’d like) share what you’re reading. Then we’ll snuggle into blankets and chairs, and read in cozy silence. We’ll wrap up with optional chatting, browsing the shelves, and picking out your next read.
Details:
6:00 PM- 10:00 PM: No need to stay the whole time, just however long feels right to you
Dress Code: Pajamas, fuzzy socks, and other cozy attire encouraged
What to Bring: Your current read (or choose one here), a sweater or blanket if you like extra cozy
