Join us for our first Silent Book Club meet up at Schuler Books on 28th Street. We are so excited to finally host an event at this iconic location in Grand Rapids.What is Silent Book Club? Founded in 2012, SBC is an international movement with over 1,000 chapters worldwide. Also known as the introvert’s happy hour, these twice monthly meet ups at venues around the greater Grand Rapids area allow you to get out with whatever you’re reading, discuss books with other like-minded people, or simply keep to yourself and enjoy the company of others.
We will break at 1:30 and have a discussion about what we’re reading. In the spirit of keeping this a true ‘introvert’s happy hour,’ participation is optional.
The fun starts at noon and ends at 3:00 pm. While SBC meets are free to attend, please make an effort to support any local business opening their space up to us so we can convene. See you then!
