Bring the current book you are reading and any props for comfort (blankets, pillows, hot cocoa etc). We will briefly share the book we are reading and share good reading suggestions. Then we will get cozy and enjoy some quiet time to read our book. Yoga props are available for comfort. Hot and cold water are available in the studio.
Nicole Heil will be providing auricular acupuncture for attendees. She is enthusiastic about the opportunity to introduce AcuWellness to those who might not have considered acupuncture as a viable option for their well-being.
