Join us for a day devoted to creativity, connection, and wonder—held entirely in silence. Together, we will step away from words, phones, and outside distractions, inviting a deeper presence with ourselves, one another, and the muses within and all around.
We’ll weave together guided meditation, breathwork, and embodied practices inspired by Authentic Movement and Contact Improvisation, cultivating somatic listening and intuitive connection. Afterward, enjoy spacious time to explore visual arts materials we’ll provide, letting your creativity unfold in shared contemplation and presence.
If you are seeking quiet sanctuary away from all the noise and stimulation, a deepened sense of presence and connection, or inspiration for creative ways of being, this day offers an opportunity to nourish yourself deeply.

ABOUT HELENA
Helena Zhao is a multidisciplinary artist and somatic practitioner based in western Massachusetts. Her practice is informed by meditation, somatic experiencing, authentic movement, contact improvisation, and butoh. She has spent the last 5 years traveling around Southeast and East Asia, living in and building intentional communities based in somatic, creative, and land-based practices.
ABOUT LIV
Liv/Olivia is an Ashkenazi Kohein, a woods witch, a Sociologist, and a hopeful romantic community creature. She gets equally excited about exploring the world and sweeping her floor at home. She has spent the last eight years immersed in embodiment practices, holistic healing, conscious relating, earth-based living, and liberation theology. She is an organizer with the international Touch&Play project, an ongoing student with the International School of Temple Arts, and has been part of numerous artist & activist communities. Her own journey with mental (un)wellness and personal empowerment has been her greatest teacher for accompanying others towards the water. She sings, writes, hurts and heals, and her greatest joy is connecting with others along the way. If you’ve come to learn more about yourself, you’re in the right place.
