Celebrate the release of Rivers’ second novel, Medina’s Back!
Medina's Back is Part 2 in the dark and gritty sci-fi space western series, the Jalisco Incident by Rivers Coffman. The crew of the freighter, Silver Bow, begin their journey out into the stars after dealing with the local mafia trying to make them drug runners, but while the crew starts their work, they receive a coded signal addressed to the first officer, Charlie, and it has something to do with his past and why an intelligence agency wants to capture him.
Rivers Coffman is a historian and military veteran. Since he was young, he has been a lover of the sci-fi and space western genres and wrote the Jalisco Incident as a love letter to some of his favorite stories, subjects, and themes. He currently resides in OKC with his wife, Sarah, his daughter, Brooke, and his dog, Odin.
