Signature Dark is a novel musical concept which runs the gamut of vivid and atmospheric soundscapes from ambient to drone, doom jazz and experimental music. The visual concept supports the audio narration, which is another key part of the piece.

Aleksi Myllykoski is an audio artist, composer, producer, and a well-respected DJ from Helsinki, Finland (under the name A. Myllykoski). He is also part of the widely known electronic music group RinneRadio. His latest solo album Silent Chaos was released on Signature Dark label in 2023.

Heikki "Hepa" Halme is a Finnish saxophonist and flutist. Hepa Halme's more than 30-year musical career is characterized by disregard for musical style categories and has made his a versatile musician who has refined his vision into the form of compositions as well. The European classical tradition became familiar through studying the flute, and in connection with studying musicology, the doors opened to the world of modern and experimental electronic music.

Mesak hails from the ground zero of modern Finnish electronic music, both mentally and geographically. The Helsinki-based musician has enjoyed a two decade career in some of the most fascinating nooks and crannies of the Finnish scene, from clubs to galleries and in different groups as well as a solo act. Styles and names are bountiful and plenteous, from the electro bangers of Mr Velcro Fastener to the ethno rap of Ya Tosiba and the twisted downbeat of the Harmönia label and so on... On his latest release ("Katosiko se" on Nsyde records 2023) Mesak "invites listeners to explore a range of emotions and moods, from the contemplative to the ecstatic, with a sense of sincerity and authenticity that is extraordinarily rare."

DJ Mihut
Mihut hails from Romania, a country known for its rich musical heritage, with his journey in Helsinki that began in 2015, starting at Bassoradio and nowadays on Radio Helsinki. He founded The Sound Collective, a record label, bringing Helsinki and Bucharest musically closer together, and co-founded among Melak the project H2B. In this SD event he will be playing ambient set.

Roberto Rodriguez, an esteemed electronic music producer and DJ hailing from Helsinki, Finland, boasts an illustrious 30+ year career in the industry. Throughout his journey, he has produced an extensive catalogue of records that have garnered widespread acclaim, spanning across various genres including ambient, deep house, and even intense techno. Signature Dark DJ sets showcase Roberto’s ambient sensibilities in the vein of his 60+ mix strong ambient mix series.
