Sign Making and Postcard Writing Party

Join us for an afternoon of activism and creativity hosted by the Fem Democrats of North County! On March 9th from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Brengle Terrace in Vista, CA. Weather permitting, we'll be gathering in the park to take action for important causes and support upcoming elections.

Come fill out postcards to mobilize voters ahead of the Special Elections in April—help us make sure the Democrats take back the House! Plus, we’ll be making protest signs for important causes such as ICE protests, Women's rights, and the campaign to fire Elon.

This is a fun, impactful, and hands-on way to contribute to our movement and make some friends along the way. We’ll have snacks, music, and plenty of good vibes. All are welcome to join, so bring your friends, family, neighbors, and fellow activists!

What to expect:

• Fill out postcards for the Special Elections
• Create protest signs for upcoming actions
• Snacks and good company
• A chance to make a difference and show solidarity while enjoying the outdoors

What to bring:

• Stamps for your postcards (we will provide the cards)
• Posterboard for your signs
• Markers if you have them.
• Sunscreen, chairs, blankets and water
