I'm very proud to present the first ever Songwriter Round at Cornell Wine Co. Doors open at 6pm, tickets are $10. For a while now, I've been wanting to curate and perform in a show primarily focused on songwriting. This first installment will feature some of my favorite songwriters, and also my own songwriting. My parents will make their return as "Tin Drum." Of all my parent's amazing accomplishments, their Tin Drum discography remains some of my favorite music of all time, and I'm so excited for you to all hear it in this stripped down form. The very talented Pat Birk will also make his debut at Cornell Wine. I met Pat playing music in LA, and I was immediately by his Nilson/McCartney inspired writing, and incredible vocal prowess. Another wonderful local artist, Lizzy Passion, will be making her debut as a solo songwriter at Cornell. You've likely heard her play with her run rock/country band, but hearing her powerful voice present her own songwriting will be such a treat. I will also be joined by my partner Danny Levy. Each artist will perform around 6 songs, alternating in a round of songs.
