Join John Muir Laws for a 2.5-hour small-group nature journaling workshop, followed by an evening presentation and book signing. Laws will share tips and techniques for deepening your ability to slow down to the speed of wonder, pay attention, get curious, and fall in love with the natural world around you. He will also share stories and insights from his process of creating and revising his illustrated field guide, The Laws Field Guide to the Sierra Nevada, including the power of practice, bird illustration tips, and fascinating natural history stories of some of our favorite Sierra birds.
