Our Side By Side Arts Pain Management Choir is back this Autumn! 🙂🟠We present Side By Side Arts Choir: The Highs & Lows ðŸŸ
This weekly choir offers singing sessions for well-being, chronic pain management support & friendship. It’s open to new members too!
The Highs & Lows meet weekly at our Side By Side Arts studio in term time on Fridays, 1.30pm – 3pm.
Our new members event is on Friday 13th September, 1.30pm and is an opportunity to meet current members, enjoy a session and there will be cake!
They sing through a variety of songs in different styles at a leisurely pace, with lots of cups of tea and conversation. The choir also do breathing exercises and simple vocal meditations to ease into each session. No experience of singing is required.
