The food and drinks begin in Bengal, but take you elsewhere, allowing familiar flavours to become starting points for more experimental plates and whimsical sips.Expect the same attention to craft and hospitality that defines Rannaghor, in a more playful and social avatar. The format is informal and open-ended: plates are made to share, conversations can wander, and strangers can become company. The chefs and bartenders work just across the table, with the kitchen and bar becoming part of the experience, as dishes and drinks come together in plain sight.Side B is Rannaghor, reimagined for two nights a week: an intimate, informal table for cocktails, bar bites and music, where the evening is yours to shape.
