Robert and Andrew are just back from a 2 week adventure in Sicily and are bringing home great stories and recipes from the trip. Join us as we taste 5 courses that will include:
1st Course
Sicilian Pasta with Creamy Pistachio Sauce
2nd Course
Sicilian Stuffed Sweet Peppers
tomato | pecorino romano | garlic | breadcrumbs
3rd Course
Sicilian Arancini
pork | beef | peas | risotto | parmesean | saffron | tomato mozzarella | red wine
4th Course
Baked Anelletti Timballo
onion | basil | ham | beef | pork | carrots | parmesan | garlic | celery | red wine
5th Course
Cassata Al Forno
lemon zest | ricotta | almonds | chocolate chips | candied orange peel | cinnamon

Catherine Brown from Southern Wines will do an optional wine pairing for purchase at the event along with our full cocktail and beer menu. Price is $70 and includes tip for the dinner. Wine Pairing is $30 and includes 5 Italian and Sicilian Wines. Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable.
