“Shyamkali ka Jaadu” is a breezy comedy about Shyam and Vijay, two very different young men who move to the city for studies and end up as roommates. Struggling to pay rent, they come up with funny ways to impress their landlord’s daughter. Things spiral hilariously when Shyam, rehearsing to play a girl, is caught by the landlord, leading to comic confusion and mistaken affection. Written by Dr. Pradeep Kumar, the play uses humour to mirror everyday social realities.
