I have a special tour planned on Saturday the 21st, for the visiting shuckers attending the PEI International Shellfish Festival, in Charlottetown, P.E.I. We’re going to visit two oyster farms and learn all about PEI’s wild and cultured oyster fisheries - and delve into the geological features which make P.E.I. one of the most unique oyster growing regions in the world.
This tour is totally free and priority is offered to professional oyster shuckers and other select industry experts only.
