SHRM Techathon 2026 is a national innovation platform where organizations activate their rising talent to solve real workplace challenges through AI, design thinking, and strategic problem-solving.
Participants collaborate to build practical, implementation-ready solutions that address some of today’s most pressing people priorities — from workforce transformation to performance and culture.
This is not a typical competition.
It is an opportunity to turn ideas into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Top 30 teams will present their solutions LIVE at SHRM TECH26 in Mumbai (21–22 May) on a national stage.
