6 weeks of soccer speed, agility, and skills work led by certified coaches and collegiate soccer players!
About this Event

This is a 6 week program that aims to increase a soccer athletes speed, agility, quickness, and power while focusing on necessary soccer skills for improved performance. Each class is 1 hour long with 30 minutes of speed and agility work, and 30 minutes of soccer specific work. The class will run on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. Class will start on September 2nd, and end on October 9th.
