• Donkey Bites – crispy chicken & waffles with bold flavor
• Dragon’s Fire Pork Tenderloin Medallions – juicy, roasted to perfection and served with crispy potatoes
• Gingy’s Sweet Treat – sweet cream custard layered with gingerbread crumble
