The Shree Lalita Rudram Trishati Sadhana is a sacred beej mantra chanting practice from Shiv Yog Sanathan. It is taught by Shiv Yog Acharya and Mental Health researcher, Dr Ishan Shivanand Ji. The practice is not just about recitation, it's about building and strengthening discipline, mental and emotional resilience and inner strength.
