This is your chance to change that.
Shred Walk is a 10,000 step walking experience created for women who are ready to take their health, discipline, and confidence seriously — together.
We are coming together as a community to complete 10,000 steps in one session. No pressure, no judgment — just movement, accountability, and energy.
Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’ve already been working on yourself, this space is for you.
You don’t have to do it alone anymore.
