2. Gear Valet: Not available for this event. Please make your own arrangements for gear transport and storage.
3. Sign Up: To help us plan and get an accurate headcount, please sign up in advance. This also helps us coordinate carpooling and ensure everyone has a fantastic experience.
4. Media Coverage: With 9 News on-site, there will be cameras capturing our day. If you're not comfortable being on camera, please inform the event host upon arrival.
