WELCOME TO THE FOUNDING SEASON OF THE SHOWDOWN PICKLEBALL LEAGUE.
Greenville’s newest competitive team league launches this July.
SPL is a structured, team-based amateur pickleball league built for players who want more than random rec games and weekend tournaments. This is a real season with real teams, real standings, rivalries, media coverage, and a professional-level atmosphere.
SEASON DETAILS:
• 10-week season
• 12 teams
• Team-based competition
• DUPR-backed matchups
• Men’s doubles
• Women’s doubles
• Mixed doubles
• Singles tiebreakers if needed
• Teams of 6–10 players
• Minimum 2 men and 2 women per roster
Whether you’re joining with friends or looking for a team, this is your chance to be part of the founding season before the league expands into additional regions.
We are currently:
• Accepting team registrations
• Looking for captains
• Building our free agent/player pool
