An early evening of connection, honest conversation and celebration, in two rooms at The Catford House. Inspiring disabled and neurodivergent entrepreneurs are building businesses, creating opportunities and challenging assumptions. This is a new kind of networking event, co-produced and designed by and for people with lived experience of hidden disabilities, sensory processing differences and neurodivergence.

Whether you’re a neurodivergent adult, diagnosed later in life, living with a hidden disability, an entrepreneur, an employer, a community organisation, a carer or simply curious to learn more, you are welcome.

Meet. Disabled and neurodivergent-led businesses and organisations network together in a calmer, sensory-supportive space.

Learn. An open and honest conversation about what genuine inclusion looks like, and what still needs to change. Your voice counts through the panel, the question postcards, the Tally forms and the wall. You never have to speak out loud.

Commit. Organisations listen, learn, then sign our Neuro-Inclusive Pledge and name their first step. Small changes can make a big difference. Together, we can make inclusion the norm, not the exception.

Come as you are. Come and go as you need. Food and refreshments, a garden and a quiet sensory space. Assistance dogs are welcome.

Food: pizza is provided by The Catford House, with a vegetarian option. There is no gluten-free option, so you are welcome to bring your own. Getting in: the entrance is down an archway and path, a few minutes’ walk from the main road. The ground is a little bumpy, which may be harder with a wheelchair, walker or stick. Tell us when you book and we’ll plan your arrival with you:
