Build stronger, pain-free shoulders with simple techniques you can use in the gym and everyday life - so you can lift better, move better, and feel better.Your shoulders are one of the most mobile joints in your body - which is great for movement, but it also means injuries or pain during movement are common!
In this workshop, you’ll learn how your shoulders actually function, why issues like tightness, discomfort, or “pinching” happen, and what you can do to prevent them.
We’ll break down the difference between stability and strength, and show you how to properly support your shoulders through simple mobility and activation exercises that you can start using right away.
You’ll also learn how to apply this to your workouts - so you can lift with better form, more control, and less risk of irritation or injury.
This is a hands-on, practical session designed to help you feel more confident in your body - whether you’re new to the gym or already lifting regularly.
You’ll leave with a simple, realistic routine to support your shoulders before and after workouts, so you can keep doing the things you love, pain-free.
