The 4th annual Scared City Presents: The Hiyah Nation Horror Show 4 is taking place in Paragould, Arkansas, from August 7 through August 9.
The event is a combined horror convention and anti-bullying and suicide awareness event. It features celebrity guests, vendors, panels on sfx and filmmaking, wrestling, and haunted attractions.
