Steve's father, Howard Snyder, was a pilot stationed in England during World War II. On February 8, 1944, his plane, the B-17 Susan Ruth, was shot down over the French/Belgium border after a mission to bomb Frankfurt, Germany.
Steve will share how he researched and wrote a book about the assistance of Belgians to hide his father from the Germans.
The event is free and open to the public. Steve's book will be for sale at the presentation.
