Hike and dip
Hi all, Thought it was about time to do another short hike and waterfall dip. The cost will be £10 per person and places are limited, and will be a first come first serve basis. We will meet near Loch Thom (I will give people that book the exact location) at 10 o'clock. The walk to the waterfall is about 1.3miles up a hilly single track road and then down a grassy hill and over a short fence so a level of fitness is required.
Once at the waterfall we will take a short dip to achieve all the benefits of cold water therapy and then walk back to cars. How long we stay at waterfall is weather dependent.
I advise that you bring or wear your swimsuit and have a towel. Water shoes are also a good idea. Plus plenty of warm clothes to walk in (lose clothing is easier to get on after being in water) and put on after the dip. Also a hot drink after is a great idea.
