About "short-form improv":
A fun, popular style you might have seen on the TV show "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" - full of quick, funny games and scenes that are totally made up on the spot!
This class is great for anyone who loves a good laugh, spontaneity, and quick thinking. It's especially beginner-friendly, so don't worry if you're new to improv or acting. Whether you're just starting out or have some experience, you'll fit right in. Each session is its own adventure, covering everything from creating scenes and characters to building stage presence and storytelling skills.
What happens in a class?
We begin with warm-up games to loosen up, followed by a variety of short-form improv scenes and exercises. These activities are all about improving performance skills and getting comfy with improv basics.
Join us for a class where everyone can jump in, learn, and have a blast doing short-form improv!
Day: Mondays
Time: 19:00 - 20:30
Skill level: Suitable for beginners and experienced improvisers
Class size: 6 - 12 people
Cost: €12 (online payment) / €15 (at the door) / €36 (monthly)

Monthly payment rules:
1. Monthly payments cover 4 classes, valid only for the month paid.
2. Payments cannot be transferred or refunded, including missed classes.
3. Unused classes don’t carry over to the next month.
4. Monthly passes must be purchased online, not available in person.

Yes, in simple and easy-to-understand English.
2. I'm a complete beginner with no improv and acting experience. Can I join? Short answer - yes! We do recommend you start with our class for beginners if it's your first improv experience.
3. I'm shy and an introvert. Is improv suitable for me?
Absolutely! Improv skills are excellent for shy and introverted people.
4. Can I try one class without committing to more classes?
Yes! Try one or as many as you like without committing to a full term.
5. Can I come to observe a class?
Sorry, we have a no-observer policy in order to provide a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
About the trainer:
Hon Chong is an improviser, teaching artist, actor, and director. He is the founder and artistic director of Funnylicious Theater based in Bratislava. He has designed courses and facilitated improv workshops for companies, non-profits, and schools in Europe and Asia.
