Short Com Film and Animation Festival are proud to present Laugh Out PROUD, our dedicated programme for women and LGBTQ+ filmmakers. We have two back-to-back programmes of the freshest, funniest shorts along with Q&A's with the attending talent.
Short Com has been screening the funniest new films since 2011 and is recognised by BAFTA, BIFA, and the BBC for discovering and championing diverse comedy filmmaking and talent. To find out more about the festival programme and line-up, visit https://www.shortcom.org/

The venue opens at 12pm for drinks in the bar. The screening will start at 12.30pm, so we recommend arriving for the event at 12:15pm at the latest to settle in and get your seats.

Theatreship is committed to broadening access to the arts - we know that ticket price is a huge barrier for some. If the regular ticket price is beyond what you feel able to afford for whatever reason, please don't hesitate to email us at [email protected] and we will do everything we can to help, no questions asked.

We also offer arts supporter tickets, for those that can, to pay a higher price to support the venue, the artists who perform here and subsidised tickets for others.

Due to the historic nature of the ship, we’re sorry to say there is not currently step-free access into the theatre space.
