Short Belly Dance course

Fun, affordable Belly Dance classes held in the heart of Islington, London. These classes are suitable for Beginners, Improvers and all levels of fitness. As well as learning the building blocks of Belly Dance including shimmys and undulations. We will put then put them to work and learn a short, vibrant choreography ( video available afterwards for self practice). Large mirrored studio and I provide hip belts. Lights are also dimmed at the end of class for a short session of personal free style.

Belly Dance is a great low impact exercise form that improves balance and co-ordination. It also tones the spine, hips, upper body, and arms and hands and is also a wonderful release for creative, physical expression. This is a cultural dance which is connected to the rich rhythms and beautiful melodies from the Middle East.
